A sensitive refurbishment project to regenerate staff & public areas on all floors at Woking Civic offices.
Work was successfully completed to a tight 12 week programme, maintaining a fully functional building, with staff and the public in daily attendance.
Works on 1st, 3rd and 4th floors encompassed 3 committee rooms, WC facilities, the members lounge, and the impressive stately Main Chamber. Partition alterations were required, along with new suspended ceilings, carpets, new furniture installations and decoration throughout.
Robinson Kenning & Gallagher provided Architectural & Principal Designers services for this prestigious project, with a contract sum of £465K.
