Like our exciting new office within Airport House, Croydon,* RKG has continually developed and adapted over time. Formed in 1971, knowledge filtered down through the years is very much part of the Robinson Kenning & Gallagher DNA combined with a modern outlook and effective working practices.   

With a portfolio of projects of all sizes and complexity, RKG has extensive new build and refurbishment experience. Every project is monitored by a Partner from conception to completion working with a skilled multi-national team of Architectural, Technical and Building Surveying staff.

The Practice can act as Lead Consultant (providing project co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams) and can provide M&E, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying and both Structural and Civil Engineering services.

Designs are compliant with British, European and International Codes, together with relevant industry specialist standards. RKG hold Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 certification along with RISQS and Constructionline Gold Level certification.

*Airport House, Croydon

One of the first international airports in the world, Croydon Airport became a fighter base during the Battle of Britain then a main London airport before its closure and later rebirth. Amy Johnson, Charles Lindbergh and Winston Churchill are among the names that are enshrined in Croydon Airport folklore.

We offer a full architectural service from inception through to completion. Each project is assessed based on the Client’s requirements and key deliverables to allow us to provide the best service that meets our Clients’ needs and to ensure we offer a rounded, focussed and ‘value for money’ service.

Building Surveying

We can provide feasibility appraisals, remodelling and refurbishment scheme designs, planning and building regulations submissions, specifications, detailed drawings, tender action and reporting, site supervision and contract management, cost control, planned maintenance programmes, condition surveys and DDA audits.

Project Managers

Lead Consultant, cost planning, Employer’s Agent and partnering arrangements.

Party Wall Surveyors

Acting for and on behalf of the Building Owner undertaking the works and/or for the adjoining owner(s) affected by the proposed works, we can advise on the Party Wall Act and Section 6 Notices.
