This central pod provides the kitchen, cleaners and toilet facilities along with storage for office printers, storage, shelving and recycling.
This layout would provide easy access to all arch linings for inspection and maintenance purposes by Network Rails arch inspection team. The location of a centralised pod also provides a high level of flexibility for the office and messing areas and maximises the use of available natural light.
