Morgan Sindall were appointed Principal Contractor for the proposed Access for All works at the station. Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were appointed as Architects for the scheme.
The works were to provide Access for All initiative to the existing station facilities to provide the unobstructed accessible route from street down to platform level.
At Kensal Rise the works consisted of:
Design & erection of new lift and linkway.
Regrading of high street outside of retail unit to achieve level access.
Adaptation of the existing retail unit to form new accessible entrance/exit to provide disabled compliant approach.
Alteration of existing platform and new boundary wall alignment.
Party Wall agreements with adjoining neighbours.

At South Tottenham the works consisted of:
New Lifts & Elevated Walkways

The works were to provide Access for All initiative to the existing Overground station facilities to provide the unobstructed accessible route from street up to platform level.
Works consisted of:
Completion of Planning approval conditions.
Design & erection of new lifts and elevated walkway.
New platform staircases to replace the existing life expired.
Extension of and alteration of existing platforms.
Design checks of additional works designed by others.
