This Network Rail Arch refurbishment project to provide high class flexible office accommodation to Network Rail's own Let Estate, Construction & Maintenance Teams.
The fully glazed arch frontage and internal glazed wall partitions put an emphasis on transparency and engaging the public, whilst maximising day light into the offices from either end of the existing arch.
Works included full refurbishment & waterproofing to provide ad-hoc working space, break-out areas, kitchens and meeting rooms in a modern and vibrant corporate design.
RKG acted as Lead Consultant, and undertook the Architectural design and CDM-C on this accelerated project.
