Works included complete refurbishment of existing 1250m2 composite clad shed, and erection of new 390m2 composite clad extension and construction of a new adjacent composite clad Welding Workshop.
Fit out of inclusive classrooms, administration & welfare facilities are designed to meet Network Rail Corporate standards. This image encompasses the extensive indoor & outdoor Practical Training areas with applied graphics and corporate colours.
External works included a new cascading courtyard area, leading up to the cedar clad entrance facade, incorporating a new two storey feature window in the existing building. The Main Contractor was Dean & Dyball who completed the works for a contract value of £2.1M.
